Irene Rosilea Cook, 75, of Latonia, Ky., died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Ky.
She was a retired tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service.
She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Cook, daughter Beverly Soden and son William Franklin Cook.
Survivors include daughter Pamela Margaret Hopple of Melbourne, Ky.; sons; Barry Cook and Ricki Albert Cook both of Covington; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Allison & Rose Funeral Home in Taylor Mill.
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday until Services at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
