Ivan Frye

Major Ivan Dale Frye,
73 of Hebron, Kentucky formerly of Taylor Mill, Kentucky passed away October 21, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Kentucky. Major Frye retired from the United States Army in 1981 and continued his career in government working for the Kenton County Fiscal Court as the County Treasurer where he retired in 2007. Ivan was an avid golfer but most of all he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Mattie Frye. Ivan is survived by his wife Pat Frye. He is also survived by his children Yvonne (husband Dan) Ventre of Hebron, KY and Brian (wife Holly) Frye of Carrollton, KY; grandchildren Luke, Kaleb, Emily, Andrew, Lilly and Noah; sister Carolyn Himes of Lewis County, KY. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6056 Taylor Mill Road, Covington, KY 41015 from 5pm until 8pm. A second Visitation will be held from 10:30am until time of Funeral Service at 12:30pm on Friday, October 24, 2014 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
