James "Jimmy" Starks

James “Jimmy” Lee Starks, 68, of Covington, passed away on September 8, 2022 in his home. Jimmy is survived his sisters Patty, who was also his caregiver, and Terri. Jimmy is also survived by his children Brian and Shannon; grandchildren Ian and Jenna; nieces and nephews Nikki, Chris, Tara, Corina, Alaina and Katlyn; 4 great nieces; 4 great nephews; 1 great great niece; many extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his brothers Danny and Steve and nephew Michael.  Jimmy was born on August 15th, 1954, son of the late James Edward Starks and Bonnie Francis Marshall Starks. He retired from Perfetti Van Melle in 2016. Jimmy was an avid enthusiast of his Corvette. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Funeral Home.
