Jeffrey Skaggs

Jeffrey George Skaggs of Burlington KY, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on January 4th, 2016 at the age of 46 in Florence Kentucky.
Jeff was born on January 25, 1969 to Roger and Cheryl Skaggs in Columbus Ohio. He graduated from Grove City High School class of 1987, studied Graphic Arts at Cincinnati State Technical College. He worked at many different professions throughout his life but enjoyed sales most, Jeff loved to interact with people, telling stories, jokes and as he would say closing the deal. Jeff loved most sports, played High School football enjoyed going to the auto races and of course taking Nicholas to the fishing pond.
Jeff is survived by his children, Hillary of Covington KY, Justin of Cincinnati OH, Nicholas of Cincinnati OH and his grandchildren Liam and Isabella also his parents Roger and Cheryl of Burlington KY; grandfather, Escom Skaggs of Columbus OH, He is also survived by brothers, Stephen(Jackie)Skaggs of Ft Thomas KY and Michael(Lynn)Skaggs of Burlington KY. He leaves behind nephews, Bryson and Landon Skaggs. Also, one aunt and uncle, Elizabeth(Tim)Dilly of Galloway OH, and cousins Jason(Rachel)Dilly, Molly Dilly and Amy(Christian)Skaggs Martinez. Also many other loving extended family members. He is predeceased by his grandmother, Dixie Ferguson Skaggs; and maternal grandparents, Homer and Virginia Fritch Thomas Hilf also step grandfather Dan Hilf and uncle George Hunter Skaggs.
Jeff loved to celebrate the Christmas Holiday Season, no doubt wearing out the movie "Christmas Vacation" an annual ritual for he and his family!
He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
A private memorial service is scheduled for Jeff's immediate family only.
