Joan Barbara Kelch Osborne
75 of Campbell County, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at the Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and a valuable part of the membership team regularly visiting shut ins. Joan was involved with the Brighton Center and volunteered at the Campbell County Senior Citizens Center. She is preceded in death by her husband Gene Osborne; sister Pat Sturm; brothers Jimmy and Tommy Kelch. Joan is survived by her daughter Heather (Steve) Waymeyer-Mallory of Dry Ridge, KY; son Robert (Diane) Smullen of East Hampton, NY; stepson Gary (Tess) Osborne of Greenville, OH; grandchildren Jenna, Stephen, Madison, Jereme and Joshua; great grandchildren Kameron, Kinlee and Branson; sister Sharon Radicsh of Norris Plains, NJ; 5 nieces and 3 nephews. Memorials suggested to the American Cancer Society or St. Elizabeth Hospice. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church, Friday, September 23, 2016 from 10 am until time of Memorial Service at 12 pm.
