John Kaltenback Sr

John C. Kaltenback, Sr., 83, of Latonia, KY passed away on December 2, 2017. He retired from the former C.G.& E. after 35 years of service as a Lineman. John was a member of Latonia Masonic Lodge # 746 F.&A.M. and was an Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. He thoroughly enjoyed his family and devoted his life to make sure his wife and children always had what they needed by him working two jobs to make sure his wife could stay home and raise their children. He loved Fishing, Camping, Traveling and telling stories to all that he knew. He was preceded in death by his Loving Wife, Virginia Davis Kaltenback; Sister: Janet Jones and 2 Brothers: Junior Day and Bob Cooper. John is survived by his Children: Betty Murray (Rick), Debbie Weinel (Tim), Denise Gemmer (Larry), John C. Kaltenback, Jr (Candace), Michelle Johns (Dan) and Nicole Anderson (Cliff); Sisters: Sylvia Spegal and Molly Miltner; Brothers: Bill Willet and Dick Webb; 41 Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. The Visitation will be on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 10 am until the Masonic Service at 11:30 am, followed by the Funeral Service at 12 pm.
