June Cooper

June Cooper (nee Marshall), 82, of Covington, Kentucky passed away on July 17, 2018 at St Elizabeth Hospice. She was born on June 22, 1936 to the late Raymond Marshall and Irene Smith. On December 24, 1958 she married Jerry Cooper and he survives. June worked for 45 years as a waitress at Covington Chili and she enjoyed fishing with her husband. She was the loving mother of 3 sons and a wonderful grandmother and great grandmother.
June is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jerry Cooper; sons Jeffrey Cooper and Douglas (Tammy Brown) Cooper; 5 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; and her brother and sister in law Donald and Patricia Marshall.
Along with her parents, June was preceded in death by her son Jerry Cooper, Jr.; brother Raymond Marshall Jr; sister Jane Jones and sister and brother in law Ruth and Gene Osborne.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 6pm until 9 pm. The funeral service will take place Monday, July 23, 2018 at Floral Hills Funeral Home at 11 am Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
