Karen Elizabeth Franz

Karen Elizabeth Franz passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 39 in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Born on October 13, 1984, in Covington, Kentucky. Karen was a cherished member of her community and was known for her incredible generosity, boundless energy, and an inspiring ability to bring people together. 

Karen was a proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she laid the foundation for a successful career in finance. Her passion for helping others was evident in her work, and she made a significant impact at Procter & Gamble, inspiring both her colleagues and clients alike through her knowledge and professionalism.

She is survived by her loving husband, Eric M. Franz, and their two children, Addison and Devin Franz and brother David Lunn.  Karen is also remembered by her parents, Kevin and Marilyn Matracia Lunn. Karen was fiercely dedicated to her family and friends, she was caring, empathetic, and always put the well being of those she loved first. 

Those wishing to commemorate Karen’s life are invited to attend a Celebration of Life service on September 12, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A, located at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. There will be a prayer service at 5:30 PM.

Karen Elizabeth Franz's legacy will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to have known her.
