Karen R. Johnson,
53 of Covington, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice. Karen was a waitress at Chez Nora. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and always had a smile for those she met. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Geneva Harnden and her sister, Janine Nagel. Karen is survived by her husband of 29 years Richard Johnson. She is also survived by her children Monica Johnson and Richard Johnson; sisters Rachel (Frank) Sauter and Rose (Ron) Johnson; many extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 12:30 pm until time of Funeral Service at 2:30 pm. Entombment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
