Kathleen Craig, 84, of Taylor Mill, died Wednesday at River Valley Nursing Home in Butler.
She was a former ward clerk for St. Luke Hospital West in Florence.
Survivors include daughters Pat Kloepfer of Dallas, Texas; Marlene Jones of Alexandria and Darlene Rock of West Chester, Ohio; sister, Win Simpson of England; and four grandchildren.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, KY 41056.
Arrangements are being handled by the Alexandria Funeral Home in Alexandria.
