Lana Clark

Lana Clark
Was the first born child to Joseph V. "Buck" and Betty Lucas on August 15, 1953. She grew up with her brother Joseph V. Lucas, Jr. and sister Lori J. Lucas Eifert in Elsmere, Kentucky. After graduating from Lloyd Memorial High School in 1971, she met the love of her life Willis R. Clark. They married January 15, 1972. Lana supported Will in his naval career by traveling with him for six years. In 1978 they returned to Northern Kentucky to start their family. Lana and Will became foster parents and cared for over 83 children. They were blessed with the adoptions of Melinda Clark George, Patty Clark Marsh, Devin Clark, Amy Clark Scherder, Joseph Clark, Christopher Clark, Kathryn Clark and Kaleb Clark. In later years Lana and Will were blessed with seven grandchildren. In 2013 Lana was diagnosed with cancer to which she lost her battle on September 20, 2015.
