Larry Krech

Larry Krech, of Taylor Mill, KY passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Coldspring Transitional Care in Cold Spring, KY at the age of 68.

He was born in Cleveland, OH on August 2, 1955, the son of the late Frank and Mary Krech. Larry was a social butterfly and never met a stranger. He had an infectious personality that people gravitated towards. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed bowling and anything and everything The Beatles. His favorite lyrics were from the song “The End”, saying “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make”.

Preceding Larry in death were his parents and his brother, Frank Krech.

Those left surviving to carry on Larry’s legacy include his loving and devoted wife of 36 years, Kathy Krech; children, Patty Kaylor and Anne Kaylor; sister, Becky (Alex) Hamill; grandchildren, Emerson Kaylor-McHugh, Finnegan Kaylor-McHugh and Andrew Kaylor-McHugh; as well as many other close relatives and friends who are now emptier upon his passing.

A visitation celebrating Larry’s life will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024, at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, 485 Grand Avenue, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at the church. Larry will then be laid to rest at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
