Laverne Bechtold

LaVerne "Mickie" Bechtold, 83, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on June 10, 2017. She was born on February 11, 1934 to the late Taylor and Mary Elizabeth Moore. On August 25, 1951 Mickie married the late William J. Bechtold, Jr.
Mickie was a homemaker who became a dental assistant after her children were raised. She enjoyed family vacations in Florida, especially to the coast. Mickie had been a member of the Florence Lioness Club and was a "Be Concerned" volunteer. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.
LaVerne is survived by her children Kim (Stephen) Romer, Lynne (Ed) Burklo and Jeff Bechtold; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
