Lloyd Edwin Andrews,
Of Covington, Kentucky passed away at the age of 97 on April 12, 2016 at the Baptist care Village in Erlanger. He was predeceased by his wife of 69 ½ years Thelma Lillian Andrews (Etter) in 2012. He was a loving father to Lloyd S. Andrews (Felicidad) of Dayton, KY and Linda J. Chism (Dan) of Erlanger, KY. Lloyd was grandfather to six and great grandfather to nine. He was a Sargent in the US Army, 1057th Engineers. Serving in World War II. Lloyd was an electrical lineman for Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co./Union Light Heating & Power and a member of local IBEW 1347. He was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in Newport, KY. He loved to tinker and repair anything that was broken. Lloyd and Thelma loved to travel with friends and saw many interesting sites around the country. Visitation will be at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Interment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
