Margaret Elizabeth Glaser was born September 28, 1920 to the late Thorns Berry "TB" and Polina (nee Crowder) Brown. In 1941 Margaret married her best friend Ralph Glaser Sr., who as preceded her in death. She traveled the United States with Ralph as he served in the US Army during WWII. Margaret was a member of the First Baptist Church in Independence, Kentucky. She was a homemaker and expert seamstress; well known for making costumes for all of her grandchildren. Margaret was the bookkeeper for the family business. She will always be remembered for making an amazing Pecan Pie. Margaret is survived by her son and daughter in law Ralph and Joyce Glaser, Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren Ralph (Heather) Glaser III and Sherry Glaser; great grandchildren Sophia, Mackenzie, Catherine and William; many extended family and friends. Along with her parents and husband Margaret is preceded in death by her siblings and their spouses who were all born between 1909 - 1922; Russell Brown, Mamie (Ray) Tarvin, Rosie (Lewis) Tarvin, Anna Daley, Raymond Brown, Thomas (Marcella) Brown, Francis (George) Orr and Albert (Mary) Brown. Memorials suggested to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or the Arthritis Foundation at www.arthritis.org. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
