Marlene Faye Jelinek

Marlene Faye Jelinek, 77, of Florence, died Sunday, October 29, 2023, at St. Elizabeth

Hospice, Edgewood.  She was born March 17, 1946, in Covington, the daughter of

the late Frank J. Scyonmillo and Winnie Fields Exterkamp. She was retired from

General Electric and was married to Robert Jelinek who preceded her in death.  She

is survived by her children, Patricia Dreyer (Joseph); Annie Brandenburg (Dan); Carla

Roberts; Steven Bowling (Jamie); and Robert Bowling, Jr. (Sophors); 8 grandchildren

and 6 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, November 6,

2023, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, where visitation will be held Monday from 11 AM

- 1 PM.  Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell.
