Mary Juanita Goldie – Snedegar – Smith

July 19, 1939 – July 24, 2023

Mary Juanita Goldie-Snedegar-Smith was born on July 19, 1939 in Powell County, KY.  She passed away on July 24, 2023 at 10:27 a.m. under the care of Hospice at Charter Senior Living Center in Edgewood, KY.

She was the daughter of the late Arnold Dawson Goldie and Ethel M. McPherson Goldie.

She was preceded in death by her husband George David Snedegar and Donald Ray Smith; along with her brother, Charles Goldie and sister, Nellie Marie Goldie Campbell.

She’s survived by her son, Mark David Snedegar and his wife Deena Snedegar, of Crittenden, KY and her daughter, Deborah Gray, of Lexington, KY; three granddaughters, Phylicia Snedegar, of Crittenden, KY, Destyni Graves (Noah), of Cynthiana, KY and Autumn Gray, of Lexington, KY; four great grandsons and on great granddaughter.  She is also survived by one sister, Thelma Arden, of Tampa, Florida and several nieces and nephews.

Private Funeral Services and Burial are being held at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY.
