Mary Ellen Lantz, 83, of Erlanger, died Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Villa Springs in Erlanger. She was born November 25, 1939, in Covington, a daughter of the late Henry LaBare and Angeline England LaBare.  She was a retired Finance Director for the city of Erlanger for many years.   She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lantz, whom  she married January 7, 2007; her children, Scott Golatzki (Jodeliza); Tracy Gordy (Bryan);  stepdaughter Ronda Zwick (Vince); grandchildren Bill Garnett, Sydni Ratliff (Eric), Ashley Golatzki; Cassidy Gordy (Shawn Fletcher), Benito Golatzki; Karyn Zwick, Bradley Zwick, Matthew Zwick, and Jason Conn, and great-grandchildren Tyler Averbeck, Jeptha Averback; Oliver Golatzki, and Lilliana Fletcher; and very close friends Keri & Bill Sullivan and Brittany Gilbert.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Golatzki.  Funeral services will be held 12 PM Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Central Church of the Nazarene, Pieck Drive, Fort Mitchell, where visitation will be held Thursday from 10-12 PM.   Burial will follow services at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
