Beloved wife of 48 years of the late Kenneth Robert Mullins. Daughter of the late Stanley and Florence Pelley Feder. Stepdaughter of the late Rosemary Feder. Charter member for 56 years, Children's Sunday School teacher, Secretary and Treasurer of the Althean Class of Rosedale Baptist Church, Rosedale, KY.
