Mary Pugh Whalen, 81, of Williamstown, formerly of Crittenden, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence.
She was a retired secretary from Fifth Third Bank.
Her husband, Frank Whalen, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Samuel Whalen of Port Arthur, Texas; a daughter, Sandra Kay Caldwell of Birmingham, Ala.; brothers, Rev. Robert Pugh of Florence and James Pugh of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Christine Hicks and Emogene Smoot, both of Crittenden; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Crittenden. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House of Charities, 550 S. First St., Louisville, Ky. 40202.
