Melanie M. Boone

67 of Taylor Mill passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022. Melanie’s passion in life was designing homes as she worked as a plan drafter for Arlinghaus for many years. She spent much of her free time reading, watching HGTV and always finding spaces to redecorate. Melanie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jeffrey Boone and their three children Nichole, Jacqueline and Jeffrey Boone II. As well as several siblings, Bob Schroder, Urban (Teri) Schroder, Roger (Cindy) Schroder, Jeff (Janice) Schroder, Gail (Earl dec’d) Rider, Penny (Fred dec’d) Dietrich, Lana (Dan) Rutterer and Laurie (Tom) Kuhlman. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilfrid and Mae Schorder and siblings Marlene Schroder and Bill Schroder. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church beginning at 12 p.m with visitation starting at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Floral Hills is honored to serve the Boone family.
