Millard Hobbs, Sr

Millard Hobbs, Sr., 78, of Covington, Kentucky peacefully passed away on July 28, 2019 at St Elizabeth, Edgewood.  He was born in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Junior Hobbs and Nora Grey.  On January 21, 1968, Millard married the love of his life Brenda Hoskins.  He was a well loved mechanic in the Fairview area and enjoyed drag racing with his son for 37 years.

Millard was preceded in death by his parents Junior and Nora Hobbs, his sister Wilma Fuson and his brothers Jimmy Fuson and Frank Fuson.

Along with his loving wife Brenda Hobbs, Millard is survived by his son Junior (Denay) Hobbs; his daughter Shawna (Steven) Mumaw; grandchildren Megan (Nick) Warren, Chasity Hobbs, Tre’ Calsbeck, Cameron Hobbs and Carter Hobbs; great granddaughters Olivia Brooke and Madalyn Claire Warren; brothers Bill Fuson and Earl Fuson; sisters Wanda Mason and Mary Barnes; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 4 pm until time of service at 7 pm.  Burial will take place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 10 am.  Condolences can be left at www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
