Natalie T. Mains

Natalie T. Mains, 80, of McCordsville, Indiana, formerly of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, died Sunday, December 17, 2023.  She was born December 13, 1943, in Elyria, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph Antkowiak and Sophie Niegowski Antkowiak.  She is survived by her son, James M. Thomas (Carolyn) of Indianapolis Indiana, and her step-children Steven (Phyllis) of Florence Kentucky, LeEtta of Cincinnati Ohio, Kathy of Florence Kentucky, Keith (Betsy) of Florence Kentucky, Piper (Tom) of Jacksonville Florida, and Melody (Shirley) of Florence Kentucky. Also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Natalie is also survived by one brother, John Antkowiak (Barb) and a sister, Mary Anne Kaliszewski.  She was preceded in death by her husband Everett, son David E. and step-son Greg. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Sweeney, Jr. officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday from 1-2 PM with burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

During her marriage to Everett, they enjoyed hosting many family events; but their Christmas dinners while living in Walton, Kentucky were her favorite. Natalie had a flair for cooking.
