Nicholas Dirkes

Nick Dirkes,
63 of Taylor Mill passed peacefully in his sleep on June 19,2017. He is survived by his wife Denise, daughters Lisa Dirkes and Denise (Joe) Bowman and his beloved grandchildren, Mason & Emilie; his sisters Anne (Keith) Sanders and Elaine (Matt) Oldiges; brothers Terry (Patty) Dirkes and James Dirkes. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Marie, his brother Steve and sister Mary. Though he loved his job at Coca-Cola for 38 years, he thoroughly enjoyed spending time with and rooting on Mason &Emilie at their artistic and sports events. Memorials are suggested to Covington Catholic High School, 1600 Dixie Highway, Park Hills, KY 41011 or Falcon Theatre, 636 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY 41071. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 11 am until 1 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Pius X at 2pm.
