Otis Harms

Otis Tracy Harms, 89, of Cross Lanes, W.Va., formerly of Independence, died Thursday at his residence.
He was a former drapery installer with Shillitos and a member of Northside Baptist Church, Winchester.
Survivors include his wife, Jewell Dean Harms; daughters, Barbara Harms Wynn of Cross Lanes, W.Va., and Yvonne Harms Hooten of Walton; a brother, Frank Harms of Winchester; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at noon Saturday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Covington.
