Paula Debbie Heath

Paula "Debbie" Ford Heath, 55, of Elsmere, KY, passed away peacefully on July 23rd, 2023. She was born on July 29th, 1967 in Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Kenneth Ford and Margaret "Angie" Hein Erne and her life partner and best friend Jeffrey Noel Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Angela (Shawn), Melissa (Jonathan), Beverly and Hannah (Clarence), their father "Gene", 15 grandkids, 3 great-grandkids, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. 

Debbie found her happy place in the presence of her girls and them grandbabies. She enjoyed online shopping, singing, dancing, sharing her love of Jesus and her hair blowing in the wind. Her smile could light up the room and her loving arms were always welcoming. 

Her visitation will be held Thursday July 27th, 2023 from 10am-12pm with services immediately following at Floral Hills Funeral Home. In honor of her birthday Saturday, July 29th, 2023, her girls are having a celebration at the Florence Elks Lodge from 2pm-6pm.
