Percy T. Gray, 92 of Independence, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011 at the V.A. Nursing Home, Ft. Thomas. Retired builder and owner of P.T. Gray Construction. A decorated WWII Army Veteran who served in the Pacific Theater and was awarded the Bronze Star for valor. Member of St. Mark Untied Church of Christ in Latonia and a Kentucky Colonel. Preceded in death by his wife, Margie Gray in 2005. Survived by sons, Mark (Linda) Gray and Paul (Charlene) Gray of Independence, daughter Bonnie (Ken) Lawson of Rochester, Illinois, grandchildren, Jason, Brandon and Randy Gray and Pamela Lipps and great grandchildren, Ezra Gray and Morgan and Eric Lipps. Visitation 10 am - 12 noon and funeral 12 noon Friday, December 16 all at SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME, LATONIA (859-431-3014). Interment, Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
