Phyllis Hollingsworth,
Of Covington, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018. She was born March 13, 1952 to the late James and Annis Hollingsworth. Phyllis enjoyed gardening and caring for her family. She was a member of St. Agnes Church. Phyllis is survived by her children Tammy (Todd) Mersmann, Todd Henson and Michael Henson; grandchildren Courtney, Brittany, Paige, Austin, April, Todd Jr., Trey, Thomas and Teegan; brothers James, Timmy and Gerald Hollingsworth; sisters Frances Green, Mary Richards and Debbie Reams; many extended family and friends. Phyllis is also preceded in death by her husband Thomas Lange. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 11a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1p.m. Burial will follow at Independence Cemetery.
