61 of Covington, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Kentucky. Randall enjoyed sports especially the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Donna Brooks and brother Jeff Brooks. Randall is survived by his wife of 40 years Paula Brooks. He is also survived by his children Nikki Brooks, Chris Brooks and Alex Brooks; sister Sue Roll and brother Todd Brooks. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4 pm until time of Memorial Service at 6 pm.
