Randall “Todd” Smith

47, of Independence, Kentucky passed away Monday March 9, 2020. Todd was known for his sense of humor and for being a loving husband, father and papaw. He is preceded in death by his brother Charles Smith. Todd is survived by his wife Stephanie McNabb Smith whom is was married to for 25 years together for over 30 years ; children, Felicia Young (Sean), Jonathan Smith ( Alyssa), and Brittany Thomas; grandchildren, Charles Young, Sophia Thomas, Isabella Foltz, Mason Smith, Owen Smith, Joslin Foltz, and Henry Young; mother , Elizabeth Wyrick;brother Robert Smith(Nicole)  and several nieces and nephews . A visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Friday March 13, 2020 from 11am- 1pm with a service to follow at 1pm. The Burial will take place at 2pm in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens .
