Raymond Sherrod

Raymond Austin Sherrod, 75, of Walton, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2021, at home.  He was born November 3, 1946, in Lexington, a son of the late Charles and Thelma Montgomery Sherrod.  He was a retired Truck Driver and a loving Husband to Frances Farley Sherrod; devoted father to Shannon, Phyllis and Mae; beloved Grandfather to Michael, Tyler, Ben, Kaylee, Isaac, Bre, Payton and Audrey.  He is also survived by brothers Jerry and Joe Sherrod and lifelong friends Tommy Simmons and Frank Petry.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Sherrod.  Graveside services will be held 2PM Monday, February 21, 2022 at Evergreen Cemetery.
