Richard Whitney

Richard "Dick" Whitney,
70, of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky passed away February 22, 2014 at St. Elizabeth, Ft. Thomas. He is a retired Glazier from Local 387 and a proud veteran of the US Army. Dick is preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Evelyn Whitney; brothers Lewis Jr., Kenneth and Walden Whitney and sister Ida Uhrig. He is survived by his wife Joyce (nee Baker) Whitney; children Nicole (Anthony) Ponting and Richard Todd (Tracy) Whitney; his loving grandchildren Maxwell, Owen and Libby Ponting, Abigail, Ava and Tyler Whitney; sisters Mary Tremper, Dorothy Bedel, Jenny Haggard and Rebecca Whitney. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, Kentucky, 41015, Friday, February 28, 2014 from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 12pm.
