Riley Renee Boles,
4 days old of Covington, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Children's Hospital. She is survived by her parents Erin boles and Jonathan Trujillo, Jr. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents Thomas and Lisa Boles; paternal grandparents Imma and Jose Garcia and Jonathan Trujillo, Sr.; maternal great grandparents Debra and Roger Cooper and Linda and Thomas Boles; paternal great grandparents Brenda and David Moore and Julia and Raphael Puente Garcia; uncles John and James Boles, Devin Cooper and Jacob Trujillo; aunts Shyanna Boles and Andrea Puente Garcia. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
