62 of Latonia, Kentucky passed away Monday, December 31, 2018. Rita was born November 14, 1956 to the late Ralph and Dorothy Miller. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Rita is survived by her daughter Crystal Brown; son Shane Brown; grandchildren Dylan Lindsay and Devon Meyer; husband Edward Brown; brother Steve Miller; many extended family and friends. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorials are suggested to Floral Hills Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
