Rita J. Henderson, 78, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
She was a homemaker and member of Main Street United Methodist Church, Covington.
Her husband, Austin L. Henderson Sr. and son, Austin L. Henderson Jr., died previously.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Denham in Erlanger and Cindy Johnson of Laguna Beach, Calif.; brother, Earl White of Burlington; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, with service following at Florence United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Stith Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
