HEBRON - Robert E. Henson, 76, died Tuesday, June 17, at his home. He was a machinist and mechanic for Monarch Auto Supply, Burlington and member of Burlington Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed building race car motors and racing them.
Survivors include his wife, Mona Gail Bright Henson; sons, Robert, Gregory, James, Gerald, Thomas and Vernon Henson and Brian Hellard; daughters, Margie McMeans, Brenda Thompson, Victoria Webster, Sherry Rotunno, Sheila and Samantha Henson; brothers, Thomas and Lee Henson; sisters, Sue Henson and Karen Ogden; 33 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday, June 20, and service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 21, at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
