Robert Sturgil Sr

Robert E. Sturgil, Sr.
79 of Cold Spring, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 at his home. He is a retired Police Officer from the Cold Spring Police Department and Sara Lee where he worked as a Security Guard. Robert was a member of the Ashland Avenue Baptist Church and played softball for Dixie Novelty and Covington Turners. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Michele Sturgil. Robert is also survived by his children Anna (Bobby) Bostic, Tony (Tonya) Sturgil, Robert (Lori) Sturgil Jr., Betty Lynn Baumgartner, Trish Torline and Amber (Bryan) Lambert; 23 grandchildren; 19 great grand children and brother Joseph Terry Sturgil. Memorials suggested to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be at the Funeral Home on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 10:00 am. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
