65 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at his home. Robert is the son of the late Richard and Gloria Thurmond. He is survived by his children Mary Maddox-Baxter, Marion Smith, Jennifer L. (Greg) Thies and Shelly R. (David) Martin. Robert is also survived by brothers Robert C. Thurmond and Carl D. (Deborah) Thurmond; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Robert enjoyed Drag Racing and spending time with his family and friends. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 12 pm until time of Funeral Service at 2 pm. Burial will be at Chilo Cemetery.
