He is survived by his wife Sheila Allen of Whitley City, KY. Four daughters: Crystal Tucker of Somerset, Kimberly McAdams of Latonia, KY, Jessica Allen of Somerset, KY, and Ashlie Allen of Whitley, KY. One brother: Raymond Allen Three sisters: Robin Allen, Tonya Allen, Gladys Cooper Also, by his dearest friend Amber Patchman and Ethan Patchman. Four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 am until 12 noon on October 29, 2010 at the Floral Hills Funeral Home at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Covington, KY with funeral service at 12 noon, burial following in the floral Hills Memorial gardens. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
