Ronald E. Mason

Ronald Earle Mason, age 92, of Fairfield, OH, formerly of Covington, KY passed away peacefully at his home on August 4th, 2024. Ron worked for General Electric Co. where he became a Union Representative for the U.A.W. (United Auto Workers). He was young at heart (at age 92 he could text faster than most of us), very active, outgoing, generous, and supportive. He loved his family and friends, and he will be missed. We love you, dad. You were our rock. He was married to Lorraine (Dorman) Mason for 60 years until her death in 2013. He is survived by his children: Rhonda (Ralph) Iles, Karen (Glenn) Herald, Lindsey Mason, Tim Mason, and Tommy (Jack) Mason; brother Bert (Mary Jane) Mason; grandchildren: Heather, Joseph, Nicole Dawn, Nicole Lynn, Jason, Kelli, and Carly; great-grandchildren: Brandon, Payton, Dilon, Nolan, Sullivan, Taylor, Ezra, Jael, Susannah; nieces and nephews; in-laws; and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren Jessica and Matthew. There will be a private service for immediate family members.
