Rose Marie Carter, 73 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on September 28, 2018 at Hospice of Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by her Parents, James and Ottie Sevier Murray. Rose is survived by her Children, Micheal Carter, Thomas Carter, Robert "Ric" Carter and Andrea O'Malley; Brother, James Murray; Sisters, Jane Horstman, Carla Farrar, Jamie Murray and Jeannine Setser; 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. A Visitation will take place at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 11 AM until the Service at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
