Samuel Lucas

Samuel Edward Lucas, 26, of Union, Kentucky passed away at St Elizabeth Hospital, Florence on October 18, 2017. He was born on December 6, 1990 to Stephen Lucas and Patricia Lucas. Samuel was a graduate of Ryle High School and was an avid video game player.
Along with his parents, Stephen Lucas and Patricia Lucas, Samuel is survived by his grandmother Lillie Lang; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Samuel was preceded in death by his grandfather Ralph Lang.
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made to the Boone County Animal Shelter.
