Shane Allen Miller

Shane A. Miller, 20, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024. He was born July 24, 2003. Shane will be remembered for his kindness, his huge smile, and his soft presence. Shane spent most days fishing and kayaking with the people he loved the most. Shane graduated from Cooper High school 2021. He is survived by his mother, Helen Renee Miller and his father, Thomas Wayne Gabbard. In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his two sisters, Paris Miller and Audrey Gabbard; his brother, Braydon Gabbard; his grandmother, Linda Sue Miller; his aunts, Rachel and Sheryl; his best friend, Sergio, and a host of many other loved ones. Shane loved every new day. He loved his life, living each moment to the fullest. A visitation celebrating Shane's life will be held from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Florence Baptist Church, 642 Mt. Zion Road, Florence, KY 41042. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at the church. Shane will then be laid to rest peacefully at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
