Sherrie Guy

The world got a lot darker and colder with the sudden passing of Sherrie Guy, 62, on Sunday Nov 6, 2022.

She leaves behind her two daughters; Sherrie Iles (wife of Jason Iles) of Ft. Thomas, KY and Cat Workman (wife of Zakk Workman) of Huntington, WV and three step children; Angie Guy, Robert Guy and Juana Guy. As well as eight beautiful grandchildren; Cassie Cote, LeAnn Iles, Kalel Iles, Edward Iles, Skylar Iles, Sebastian Iles, Sophie Iles and Spencer Workman; and two great grand children; Jesse Cote and Jasper Cote.

Sherrie was love and light and never met a stranger. She was warmth on a cold day and a smile if you were sad. No one would ever go hungry in her presence nor leave her home empty-handed. Sherrie's generosity knew no bounds. She was head strong and always had your back. She lit up every room with her laughter and spirit. Sherrie was the life of the party and affectionately known as M by her daughters and Cheeseburger Mawmaw by her grandkids. She was pure love and was loved by everyone that had the pleasure of simply meeting her. She will be missed more than there are words to express. We love you M. Fly high.
