Sherwood Walz

Sherwood "Sonny" Walz, 82 of Covington, KY passed away on October 12, 2016 at The Residence at Salem Woods. He retired from the Metropolitan Sewer District in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was an Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by a Daughter, Linda Arnett; a Son, James Walz, a Sister, Lois Wallace and 2 Brothers, James Walz and Patrick Walz. Sonny is survived by his Loving Wife: Christine Runge Walz; Daughters: Lisa Monroe and Lois Walz; Son: Paul Walz; Step-Daughters: Amanda Cummins and Melissa Wayman; Step-Son: Scott Wayman; Sisters: Wilamena Hughes, Ramona Stamper and Joyce Vasquez; Brother: Earl Walz; Several Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren. The Service and Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
