Shirley Louise Phillips

Shirley Louise Phillips, 84, of Batavia, OH, formerly of Covington, KY, died Saturday, January 6, 2024, at her granddaughter's residence in Taylor Mill. She was born January 25, 1939, in Covington, the daughter of the late Ralph and Edna Freimuth (nee Harris). Survived by her children, Gregory and Peggy Phillips (nee Green); Rhonda Phillips and Jay and Jennifer Phillips (nee Otto); siblings Donna Gastrich and Jerry Freimuth, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. Shirley worked two careers; 30+ years as an Office Manager at Manual Arts Furniture Company and before retirement at the Covington, KY I.R.S. as a Tax Examiner. She was a baptized member of Batavia Baptist Temple. A "Celebration of Life" event will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Batavia Baptist Temple located at 770 South Riverside Drive, Batavia, OH, 45103. The service will start at 10:30 am.
