Stephen Jacob Beatsch

Stephen Jacob Beatsch, 55, of Newport, born May 8, 1969, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, departed this life on November 12, 2024, in the comfort of his home. He was 55 years old and is remembered fondly for his dedication and service during a 16-year career at the Internal Revenue Service, where he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his work and the values of public service.

Stephen was not only known for his professional achievements but also for his profound love for gardening and animals. He also made the best deviled eggs and tuna salad, and during the holidays he made delicious buckeyes and fudge as gifts. These passions brought him immense joy and served as a reflection of his nurturing spirit.

Stephen is survived by his loving family, including his father, Frank Beatsch; his mother, Sandra McNabb O'Shea; his brothers, Jeffrey Beatsch and Tim O'Shea; his sisters, Donna Beatsch and Amy Jo Taulbee; two cherished nieces and two beloved nephews and several aunts and uncles. The support and love of his family have been a source of strength throughout his life.

Visitation for Stephen Jacob Beatsch will be held Monday,  November 18, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A, located at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Covington, KY 41015. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same location at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest.
