COVINGTON - Steven N. Nichting Sr., 71, of Williamsburg, Ohio, formerly of Covington, died Monday, at Hospice of Cincinnati, Anderson Township.
He was a retired meat cutter for Nichting Meat Co., enjoyed bowling, playing darts and cards.
His wife, Mary E. Abney Nichting, daughter Elizabeth Nitching and brother Kenny Nichting died previously. Survivors include his daughter, Laura M. Maklem; sons, Timothy S., Donald G. and Steven N. Nichting Jr.; sisters, Jeanie Wellbaum, Sharon Crittenden and Cindy Johnson; brothers, Mike, Jack, Bruce, Gregg, Stewart, Jerry, and Bobby Nichting; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
