Tami West

Tami Lou West, 60, of Morning View, died Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.  Tami was born May 30, 1962, in Ft. Thomas, a daughter of Bettie Raye Farris Ishmael and the late Samuel Carl Ishmael. She devoted 26 years of dedicated service to Bray Trucking, Inc. She loved trips to Gatlinburg where her beloved black bears ran free.  She is survived by her husband, Eric H. West; her children; Joshua C. Ishmael (Sara); Debra M. Tabib (Belgacem); Laura M. Sizemore (Damond); William H. West; Erica R. West (Trey); Steven J. West (Rachel); Mel Reynolds and Rachael Reynolds; her sisters, Terri L. Haley (Walter); Toni L. Abdon (Charlie); Traci L. Hale (Jeff); and 15 grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two infant siblings. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 16, 2022, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, with Bro. Bill Evans officiating, with burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-8 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
