Tammy J. Booth,
56, of Independence, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014. She was a member of The First Church of Christ, Burlington. She is preceded in death by her father William Appel. Tammy is survived by her children Alan Booth and Willard Booth. Tammy is also survived by her mother and step father Phyllis and Jim Alls; sister Dee (Ed) Mershon; brother Tab (Pam) Appel; grandchildren Savannah, Alissa and Kelsey. Visitation will be at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 11:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
